People Counters
Our range of counters are battery operated; by majority, and extremely simple to set up and install.
In general, we utilise the latest in infrared combination body heat sensors, making our systems extremely effective in eliminating unwanted counts.
Our devices operate using one of two types of setup:
- Wall/stand mounted. These produce a beam across the entrance but avoid opening doors crossing the path of the beam.
- Overhead mounted. These produce a downward spot or curtain beam, designed to work with inward opening doors.

The LTB-3 provides a low cost solution and can be wall mounted, producing a non-body heat cross-beam of up to 3 metres in length.
The beam can also be adjusted at a slight angle with the directional wall bracket supplied.
Operates with 3 x standard AA batteries which will power the counter for 9 – 12 months.

The LTB-7 is designed for wall mounting (one side fix) and produces an adjustable body heat cross-beam of up to 7 metres in length.
It also features a hidden reset to the display which can be activated with the reset key supplied.

The LTB-1 is designed to mount overhead either above the door or directly onto the ceiling and provides a solution for locations with inward opening doors or limited space at the entrance.
The body heat beam can be supplied in curtain form for wider entrances or spot beam for more narrow applications.
The extra large display can be read and reset from below or simply read and noted to avoiding reaching up to the device.
Operates with a standard PP3 battery which will power the counter for 9-12 months.

LTB-1-RD

The LTB-1-RD is exactly the same as the LTB-1 but is supplied with a wall mounted box housing the display, reset & battery holders.
This option makes reading, resetting, and battery changing more accessible and is supplied with 2 metres of connecting cable which can be shortened if required.
The counter is also supplied with a quantity of self adhesive cable ties.

The LTB-15 is a long range option which features data recording including numbers in and out for up 12 months.
The beam is a standard modulated infrared type (not body heat), and requires the receiver unit to be aligned directly opposite avoiding any inward opening doors etc.
Operates by 4 standard AA batteries which will power the unit for 6-8 months.
